Only a few weeks each year do we have the privilege of serving such a precious gift of nature: game from local hunting. A season in which indulgence is meant to be truly celebrated.
This season, the Adler team presents a variety of game dishes – sometimes classic and traditional, sometimes with a surprising twist. Always prepared with dedication and accompanied by carefully selected wines that perfectly enhance the flavor of the game.
It doesn’t get any fresher: thanks to our close ties with local hunters, the game comes virtually straight from the hunt to your plate.
