Declaration
Our bread is homemade and is made with Liechtenstein grain from the Balzers mill. The venison comes from local huntig and the cod and oysters from the Atlantic (wild-caught).

Imperial Oscietra Gold caviar is a particularly exclusive speciality. Only the lightest and best caviar grains from the Russian sturgeon - also known as Ossietra sturgeon - are used for this selection.
Only around 5% of the grains fulfil the strict criteria and are carefully selected by hand

Beluga caviar is the most expensive, most exclusive and tastiest sturgeon roe on the entire caviar market. The Beluga (Huso Huso) is the largest fish among the sturgeons and therefore the crème de la crème of caviar.
