Declaration
We bake our own bread using grain from Liechtenstein, freshly ground at the traditional Balzers mill. We source our veal from Lucas & Marco at «LUMA Delicatessen» in Neuhausen am Rheinfall/SH and our Wagyu beef from Japan, ensuring the highest quality. For our duck liver, we travel to France, where it has always been produced with the utmost care. The monkfish and scallops are fine wild catches from the Atlantic, bringing the taste of the sea directly to your plate.
