Your Adler Team
Dear guests, if you would like to avoid meat and fish, we can offer you a vegetarian menu. Please contact our service team. Our staff will also be happy to inform you on request about ingredients in our dishes that may cause allergies or intolerances.
Declaration
We bake our own bread – using grain from Liechtenstein, freshly ground at the historic Balzers mill. Our tenderly cooked boiled beef and guinea fowl breast come from Switzerland and represent the very best quality and responsible enjoyment. The kingfish comes from Denmark, the octopus and sea bass from the Atlantic – all fine wild-caught fish that bring the freshness and character of the sea straight to your plate.
