Declaration
We bake our own bread using grain from Liechtenstein, freshly ground at the traditional Balzers mill. The beef cheeks are regional and sustainable; the Wagyu is classic Japanese and therefore of the highest quality. For our quail breasts, we travel to France, where they have always been produced with the utmost care. And the turbot and scallops? A noble wild catch from the Atlantic that brings the taste of the sea directly to your plate.

Imperial Oscietra Gold caviar is a particularly exclusive speciality. Only the lightest and best caviar grains from the Russian sturgeon - also known as Ossietra sturgeon - are used for this selection.
Only around 5% of the grains fulfil the strict criteria and are carefully selected by hand

Beluga caviar is the most expensive, most exclusive and tastiest sturgeon roe on the entire caviar market. The Beluga (Huso Huso) is the largest fish among the sturgeons and therefore the crème de la crème of caviar.
