Depending on the season, we put together a delicious gourmet menu of up to 9 courses for you, which you can enjoy in its entirety or in individual courses.

Dear guests, if you would like to avoid meat and fish, we can offer you a vegetarian menu. Please contact our service team. Our staff will also be happy to inform you on request about ingredients in our dishes that may cause allergies or intolerances.

 

Declaration
Our bread is homemade and is made with Liechtenstein grain from the Balzers mill. The veal and char (farmed) come from Switzerland. The quail comes from France and the tuna from the Atlantic (wild-caught). The prawns come from Italian wild catch.

Royal Premium Gold tastes almost like Persian wild caviar. The result of years of effort to fulfil a particularly high caviar quality and an unforgettable taste experience.

Large and medium-sized firm grains 3.0 – 3.2 mm in size
Light to golden and brown shimmering nuances
Very fine, mild and a pleasant, buttery finish

Royal Premium caviar is a delicacy with an excellent, balanced flavour.

Large, firm grain with a grain size of 3.0 – 3.2 mm
Light brown to amber colour with golden shimmering nuances
Mild flavour with an almond-like aftertaste

Imperial Oscietra Gold caviar is a particularly exclusive speciality. Only the lightest and best caviar grains from the Russian sturgeon - also known as Ossietra sturgeon - are used for this selection.

Only around 5% of the grains fulfil the strict criteria and are carefully selected by hand

Beluga caviar is the most expensive, most exclusive and tastiest sturgeon roe on the entire caviar market. The Beluga (Huso Huso) is the largest fish among the sturgeons and therefore the crème de la crème of caviar.
