The Adler gourmet restaurant in Fläsch is an enchanting establishment with timeless charm. Siggi Tschurtschenthaler and his team ensure that you feel at home here with their warm service and fine delicacies from the kitchen.
Allergies and intolerances
If you have any allergies or intolerances, please let us know at the time of booking or within two days before your visit to the restaurant. Our cuisine also emphasises dairy products, meat and bread. Unfortunately, we are unable to cater for vegan diets, as this would limit the variety of flavours and quality for which our Adler cuisine is known.
Dogs
Dogs are not only allowed here - they are very welcome!
Whether indoors or in our garden: your faithful companions can also enjoy their stay with us to the full.
So that we can prepare the visit for all guests - on two and four legs - in the best possible way, please let us know when you make your reservation if your dog is coming along.

Cancellation conditions
Unfortunately, we are forced to take this step because we have often been confronted with cancellations at short notice and this has fatal consequences for our small restaurant. We therefore hope for your understanding.
The following conditions apply if reserved tables are cancelled again (cancellation) or are not occupied without notification (no show) and we were unable to pass on the tables.
Number of persons 2 to 3
Cancellation of the reservation must be communicated to us in good time. This remains free of charge up to 24 hours before the restaurant visit. From then on, CHF 100 per person will be charged.
Number of persons 4 to 9
Cancellation of the reservation must be communicated to us in good time. This remains free of charge up to 3 days before the restaurant visit. From then on, CHF 100 per person will be charged.
Number of persons from 10
Cancellation of the reservation must be communicated to us in good time. This remains free of charge up to 2 weeks before the restaurant visit. From then on, CHF 100 per person will be charged.

Stronger together – New team members
We are delighted to welcome Jan Koller as a new member of the team at Restaurant Adler. As chef de partie, he brings a wealth of passion, creativity and craftsmanship to our kitchen – a valuable asset for us and our guests.
Corina Boner is also joining our team. She will be supporting us in administration from now on, bringing with her valuable experience and a fresh perspective.
